It is true that God directs the footsteps of his own. I was led to know and to meet my Uncle Kayode Akala by God’s divine leading. He was my dad’s senior brother. I never knew that I had a close relation in the UK all this while till I met him. When the right time was due, through a friend of his daughter, I got to know about him. The day I finally visited him, he welcomed me and made me feel at home with him. We talked as if we had known each other for a long time. I visited him when he was poorly. I was overseas for my father´s burial in January 2022 when one of his daughters called to tell me that my uncle, who I would have love to spend more time with has passed unto Glory. He was a pleasant person and I will really miss him. It was a gift having him with us and I am grateful to God for that opportunity. Finally, now he is with His maker. Yes, he will greatly be missed.
